Tim Saring Tahu

Yep,,, its weekend! and I promise myself to make your Nasi Tim Saring from scratch! Kamu di gendong mbak while mommy bikin,,, so here it goes!

Ingredients
Segenggam beras (genggam kecil bukan gede)
1/2 tahu putih
1 paha ayam kampung
1/3 wortel
3 pucuk bayam
1 bawang putih
2 daun salam
2 daun jeruk
1 ruas lengkuas (keabisan jahe biasanya pake jahe)
Grated Cheese!

How to make!
Beras dicuci, and fill it up with half a pan of water. *no wonder last time bikin nasi tim jadinya beras beneran,,, put it to a boil. Once boiled, pull of the meat from the chicken and break the bones, but both chicken meat and bones in the pan. Add daun salam, daun jeruk and bawang putih di geprek. (I added a tini wini bit of salt just to taste).
While waiting for the chicken meat to tender, cut the carrots, bayem and tahu to small pieces. Once chicken is cooked and tender (sampe tekstur kira2 bisa disaring) put in the tahu and wortel. Once cooked, add in the spinach,, keep it green! and puff,, nyammyyyyyyyyyyy!
Saring deh semua bahan2nya sprinkle with grated cheese,,, and mmmmm goes Euro,, he loves it!

First Tim Saring

Diawali dari kegagalan memakai slow cooker, I've decided that nasi tim panci biasa lebih simple,,, gini nih kalo ikut2an orang2,, Nasi tim pertama not too ideal karena kita (as in aku sm mba' mi) pake apa aja yang ada,,, thanks to eyang yang kemaren makan ayam kampung, kita jadi punya stock kaldu + ayam kampung! sooo,,, nasi tim ayam kampung + ati + broccoli + bayem + kabocha. Voila! Nasi tim ala mba'mi n mommy,,, hahahaha,,, and again you're making your yummm sound,, adorable! lahap lahap,, doyaaan! YES! You are in love with cheese! these little red darlings are babybels,,, they're tasty, not salty but tasty! everytime i put squished small pieces of cheese you went "ummmm",,, i suppose u were trying to say yummm,, right kiddo?

Hellow Baby E!

I know, we know we should've start posting earlier,,forgive mami,,we're too busy taking care of you til no more me time definitely BIG NO to blogging,,,

Many many things have passed,,happy memories,, all lies in me, papi, aunties, and eyangs,,, :) suddenly the world revolves around you and nothing else seems to matter,,

almost 6 months,, udh kecolongan makan,,, :) gak sabar,, hahahaha,,
just today mami blajar gendong kamu pake kain,, siap2 nanti mbak mudik, kan mami yg bakal nyuapin kamu :)


one thing i notice is you talk less and laugh most of the times,, hahaha! happy baby,, kmaren mau nanya si dokter lupa,, and pingin coba ganti dokter anak, si dokter cantik kurang informatif,,,

skarang kamu lagi tidur, si papi lagi anter nenek ke cempaka putih,, tante lg kerumah mama varend,, so mami coba sempetin mulai sekarang, every weekend say something about you,, biar kamu bisa baca nanti kalo udah gede,,, :)
